Yes, its excellent for this therapy and Chinese medicine work beautifully together. For example I often have clients who feel angry all the time and there doing the work in therapy which is incredible but sometimes emotion gets stuck in the body causing symptoms or the emotion lingers after and needs help getting it out with Chinese medicine.

I love cases like this its very common they have nothing to work on but when we get chatting I see and hear somethings are out of balance that they aren't aware of, but also prevention over cure using Chinese medicine to keep your system in balance and prevent illness as best as it can.

Loose comortable clothes, for acupuncture specifically shorts or pants that roll up and access to your arms will be needed. And for reflexology be in your comfies.

Don't drink alcohol. Don't drink tea or coffee and hour before hand or don't eat 2 hours before hand.

This completely depends on your condition but usually 6-8 weeks back to back for acupuncture depending on how long the condition is presenting. Reflexology is usually done over a course of 6 weeks back to back and then its on maintenance.

This comes into clinic everyday so I would use smaller needles. I work on your breathing and making you comfortable, keeping communications open so talking and explaining exactly what I'm doing before I do it.
